Bio:

Chuck Woods is Vice President of Commercial at MSI Express, a leading contract manufacturing and packaging company serving the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) sector. In his role, Chuck directs commercial strategy, business development, and client engagement across MSI’s portfolio of services, helping to drive significant revenue growth and expand market reach in food, beverage, and emerging CPG categories. Under his leadership, MSI Express has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. with sustained multi-year growth.

Before joining MSI Express, Chuck held key leadership roles at Power Packaging and ConAgra Foods, where he cultivated deep expertise in sales, marketing, finance, and strategic business operations in the food industry. These experiences honed his ability to align commercial goals with operational execution and foster long-term customer partnerships.

Chuck holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Saint Mary’s College of California and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois, grounding his commercial leadership in strong financial and analytical acumen. Chuck has Board of Director experience and responsibilities with F4SS and Bigger Table.
