Jerry started CTI in 2000 after working in the packaging industry for many years.  He originally designed and developed packaging programs for a variety of companies.  Once CTI was launched, he quickly expanded into co-packing.  Jerry has been a member of the CPA for 7 years and has been very actively involved. 

His primary focus has been developing solutions for businesses of all sizes.  Additionally, Jerry is very passionate about the environment and made his career in packaging a way to implement as many cost saving changes while reducing waste or using environmentally friendly materials.  Well before it became a buzz word for the industry, Jerry was committed to RRR, focusing on recycling and reducing waste.

Education: He graduated from The University of Connecticut in 1987, where he earned a degree in Economics while serving as a member of the Varsity Golf Team and a brother of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.

Present Working Experience: Michael Collins is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Sterling Contract Packaging Inc., located in Spartanburg, South Carolina.  During his 18 years with Sterling, the company has experienced incredible growth, allowing the company to build a 150,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in 2016. 

Personal: When Michael isn’t helping a CPG with their retail packaging deadline, he can be found on the golf course or snow skiing with his two children.  He became involved with the CPA in 2007 and most recently helped with the development of the new RFQ tool on the CPA website.

Dan Altman is the VP of Sales & Marketing for Delkor Systems, in St. Paul, MN where he has been for 18 years. Delkor is a leading supplier of secondary packaging machinery with a focus on robotic automation. With over 30 years in the packaging industry, Dan has has held roles in Sales, Sales Management, Marketing and Product Management at a number of companies. On the personal side, Dan enjoys golfing, and skiing (snow and water). Dan resides in Hugo, MN and is married with two grown boys.

Robert Reinders is the owner and leader of these three organizations responsible for all operations and fiscal matters. He is responsible for market strategy and product development as well. Rob has over 30 years of thorough knowledge in the production, operations and sales/ marketing of flexible packaging products throughout the flexible packaging industry.

His operational experience includes production from the ground floor up to interim General Manager. During that time he worked all of the production equipment, all administrative activities including VOC Emissions compliance, budgeted hourly rates on new equipment and pricing strategy for the market.

His sales and marketing experience start at the CSR level, sales professional and ultimately Director of Sales with responsibilities for the national sales team and broker network. He managed corporate accounts including Nabisco, Hostess Brands, Interstate Brands, Sunshine Biscuit and Granny Goose Foods.

Founder and President of Performance Packaging January 1995 to the present. Founder and President Performance Machinery Corporation (PMC) Jan 2015. Founder and CEO of RCR Beverages dba Blue Kangaroo Contract Filling Services Jan 2015.

Trade Affiliations: Long term member of the Contract Packaging Association (CPA), Private Label Manufacturer’s Association (PLMA), Natural Products Industry, National Association for the Specialty Food Trade, INC (NASFT), PPAI and the American Beverage Association.

Business Organizations A ten year member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization. Leadership positions included two years as the President of the Las Vegas Chapter and a member of the Global Strategic Alliance Committee reporting to the Global EO Board.

Gregory Frazier serves as the Director of Sales for Frazier & Son, a fourth generation manufacturer of bucket elevators and custom materials handling equipment.  In this capacity, he is responsible for developing the company’s market presence and spearheading growth initiatives.  Located outside of New York City, Greg works directly with customers, OEMs, and engineering firms to develop solutions for their materials handling needs. By combining engineering strategies, product knowledge, and industry expertise, his main focus is to enhance the client’s production output and overall satisfaction.

Early exposure to the business and manufacturing process has instilled in Greg a keen sense what details are required to make an application successful.  Over the years, he has led programs to improve safety, reliability and sanitary features of the machinery to maintain Frazier & Son as the state of the art provider in the industry.

Greg has more than ten years of experience in the materials handling industry and four years of experience in the financial services and wealth management industry.  He received his Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Quinnipiac University and is a past president of the Port Chester/Rye Brook Rotary Club which concentrated on providing meals to food insecure children within the local community.  Greg resides in Port Chester, New York with his wife, Aline, and daughter, Emilia.

Tom has made his career in the staffing industry for the past 30 years and has operated his own firm for 24 of those years. Dan is President/CEO of Peoria Production Solutions(PPS), which is a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit organization that provides Packaging services for Industrial clients, as well as Consumer Brands, Food and Beverage, and the Automotive Industry. The PPS Mission is to be the premier employer of individuals with disabilities. Currently, 62% of our workforce fall into that category.

A Native of Indiana, he graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Business Management, as well as an MBA. Dan has been in his current role since 2019 and was in a similar role at Aurora Specialty Textile Group for 5 years before joining PPS. In his four years at PPS, he has overseen a doubling of revenues and employment in that time. Dan's plans are to take their Mission on the road and expand into other areas within Central Illinois.

Jaclyn is the Director of Business Development in Packaging Solutions for DHL Supply Chain in North America, which is the leading global brand in the logistics industry with a mission to connect people and improve lives.

She was born + raised in Venezuela and came to the United States with a scholarship to go to college. She has a BS in Business Management and an MBA. Throughout college and her career, she has been active in various community organizations including the Venezuelan Association in Missouri for example.

Bio: Dillon Vincent works for Crystal Packaging in Colorado, just north of Denver. They focus on non-food liquid packaging. Their customer base ranges from private label to toll manufacturing for CPG's. My main focus is split between Quality Assurance and National Account Manager (an interesting combination, I know). Dillon has been on the education committee with CPA and have attended every annual meeting since 2017. Dillion looks forward to the continued growth of the CPA and making membership truly have value!
