The Contract Packaging Association does collect certain personal information in order to provide you with customized services, content, and advertisements. Some personal information is gathered when you register to receive certain Contract Packaging Association services or products. We may also ask you for personal information at other times, for example when you complete a survey or form, or enter a sweepstakes, contest, or other promotion. The better we know you, the better we can tailor our services to meet your needs.

Privacy Shield Notice
In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Contract Packaging Association commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU, Swiss and UK individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact Contract Packaging Association at [email protected]. Contract Packaging Association has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs), the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU, the UK, and Switzerland.
You may contact your local data protection authority within the European Economic Area, the UK, or Mexico (as applicable) for unresolved complaints. Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website, including when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted, you may invoke binding arbitration.
Under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, we are responsible for the processing of information about you we receive from the EU, the UK, and Mexico and onward transfers to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf. We comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for such onward transfers and remain liable in accordance with the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that we engage to process such information about you on our behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Shield Principles, unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
Contract Packaging Association may disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
We are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
