We want to thank the individuals below who have volunteered to be nominated and voted on by their peers to potentially serve on the CPA Board of Directors for a two-year term.
Directors are the members voice of the association and help guide and manage its operations. They will be asked to provide leadership and decision-making regarding important issues requiring CPA’s activities, operation and direction.
This year we will elect 4 board members. We have 3 Directors seeking re-election to another term and 3 volunteers looking to join the board. Regular members (CoMans and CoPacks) vote for Regular Members Board Directors and Associate Members vote for Associate Board Directors. Your Ballots will reflect the candidates you can elect. There are 3 of each Director type and you will select 2.
Please review these bios as you will be asked to vote in the board election at the conclusion of the annal event ENGAGE February 23rd. You will be sent a ballot and voting will close 30 days from that date.
President & CEO
Lako Tool & Manufacturing, Inc
Bio: Bernard Bialecki is President and CEO of Lako, a flexible packaging machine components manufacturer, since 2014. Concurrently, and since 2008, Bernard has been General Counsel, Vice President and Secretary for The Zeven Corporation, a Delaware private equity holding company and parent company of Lako. Previously, he worked as General Counsel for Greenhouse International (a consumer goods company) and as in-house counsel for DuPont. He has served on the PMMI Business Intelligence Committee since January 2018. He is married, with 4 children and lives in Delaware. Golf is his hobby.

Delkor Systems, Inc.
Bio: Dan Altman is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Delkor Systems, a Minneapolis based company excelling in robotic automation for secondary and tertiary packaging. With over 35 years in the packaging industry, Dan has held many roles in Sales, Sales Management, Product Management, and Marketing. Dan and his wife Jolene live in St. Paul, MN and have grown sons. Hobbies include spending time at their cabin in Hayward, WI, motorcycling, snowmobiling, and boating.

Maverick Packaging Inc
Bio: DeAnn currently serve as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Maverick Packaging Inc. which operates as a Liquid Contract Manufacturer of Personal Care and Bath & Body products. DeAnn learns something new every day. She understands the importance of building and nurturing relationships formed with Customers, Suppliers, and Co-Workers. She says It's the best part about her job.
Director of Quality Assurance
Bio: Dillon Vincent works for Crystal Packaging in Colorado, just north of Denver. They focus on non-food liquid packaging. Their customer base ranges from private label to toll manufacturing for CPG's. My main focus is split between Quality Assurance and National Account Manager (an interesting combination, I know). Dillon has been on the education committee with CPA and have attended every annual meeting since 2017. Dillion looks forward to the continued growth of the CPA and making membership truly have value!
Director of Sales
Bio: Gregory Frazier serves as the Director of Sales for Frazier & Son, a fourth generation manufacturer of bucket elevators and custom materials handling equipment. In this capacity, he is responsible for developing the company’s market presence and spearheading growth initiatives. Located outside of New York City, Greg works directly with customers, OEMs, and engineering firms to develop solutions for their materials handling needs. By combining engineering strategies, product knowledge, and industry expertise, his main focus is to enhance the client’s production output and overall satisfaction.
Early exposure to the business and manufacturing process has instilled in Greg a keen sense what details are required to make an application successful. Over the years, he has led programs to improve safety, reliability and sanitary features of the machinery to maintain Frazier & Son as the state of the art provider in the industry.
Greg has more than ten years of experience in the materials handling industry and four years of experience in the financial services and wealth management industry. He received his Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Quinnipiac University and is a past president of the Port Chester/Rye Brook Rotary Club which concentrated on providing meals to food insecure children within the local community. Greg resides in Port Chester, New York with his wife, Aline, and daughter, Emilia.
Director of Sales
Bio: Jaclyn is the Director of Sales for BCI Packaging, which is a nonprofit organization that provides packaging services with a social mission to employ adults with disabilities. She was born + raised in Venezuela and came to the United States with a scholarship to go to college. She has a BS in Business Management and an MBA. Throughout college and her career, she has been active in various community organizations including the Hispanic Leaders Group and the Venezuelan Association in Missouri.
Vice President of Sales & Customer Success
Bio: Paul grew up in Toronto and played competitive hockey, golf & baseball as a kid. Paul attended the University of Victoria and competed in the NAIA while playing for UVIC's Varsity Golf Team. He started in Supply Chain with Solarsoft (sold to Epicor) and has been involved in Copack since he started with Nulogy in 2013. Paul has a wife (Tenley) and two children (Grayon, 5 & Sloane, 3) and coaches youth hockey and baseball, and they love skiing as a family. Paul has completed a total of 81 marathons since 2010.
