Priority Plastics Expands HDPE Container Capacity in Denver, Colorado Facility; Announces Closure of Las Vegas, Nevada Operations

Denver Colorado now manufacturing HDPE canisters and bottles in addition to PET and PVC Containers

Denver, Colorado – Priority Plastics announced today that it will start manufacturing HDPE (high density polyethylene) canisters and bottles in its Denver, Colorado facility. The addition of this technology allows
Priority Plastics to expand its current HDPE product line into the nutraceutical, personal care, cannabis and food markets.

Priority Plastics’ full-service Denver plastic packaging plant specializes in smaller runs that can grow from startup to mass production. Our stock molds and short lead times deliver a value proposition to companies as they grow their product offering or enter new markets. The Denver facility specializes in PET (polyethylene phthalate) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) food safe, FDA-approved containers serving the snack, pet food, novelty and hardware industries. The new HDPE equipment will offer tooling in both narrow and wide-neck finishes and are built for fast changeovers to meet your needs for shorter runs. Our resins are FDA-approved, BPA-free, and in full compliance with California Proposition 65 and CONEG code requirements.

Las Vegas, Nevada manufacturing plant to close in August of 2019  

In a related move, Priority Plastics announced it will close its Las Vegas, Nevada facility in August of 2019. Customers serviced from that facility will now be serviced from the Denver, Colorado plant.   Andy Srenco, CEO of Prioity Plastics stated, “These moves are designed to position our company for further growth and improved focus on customer needs. We are currently adding capacity and technology in all of our plants that bring accelerated value propositions to the market for our current growing customer base and prospective new business partners.”
