Attorney Eric Greenberg and his law firm Eric F. Greenberg, P.C. have a practice that is concentrated in Food and Drug Law, packaging law and commercial litigation. He represents packaging manufacturers, converters and users on matters relating to regulatory compliance with the requirements of the US Food and Drug Administration and other agencies. These matters involve labeling, food contact materials, ingredients and enforcement issues. Through his client work and other affiliations, he has long been a unique and valuable observer of the legal and regulatory pressures confronting packagers.
Eric is a member of the Adjunct Faculty of the Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he teaches Food and Drug Law and Administrative Law, and Michigan State University School of Packaging, where he teaches undergraduate Packaging Law and Regulation. He has served as General Counsel to the Contract Packaging Association for over 15 years.
One of Eric’s long-time affiliations has been his service as a Contributing Editor of Packaging World, for which he writes monthly columns analyzing current legal developments affecting the packaging industries. We are pleased to provide reprints of those columns here as an educational resource for our members.
