Meet The Nominees to the Board

We want to thank the individuals below who have volunteered to be nominated and voted on by their peers to potentially serve on the CPA Board of Directors for a two-year term.

Directors are the members voice of the association and help guide and manage its operations. They will be asked to provide leadership and decision-making regarding important issues requiring CPA’s activities, operation and direction.

This year we will elect 4 board members. We have 3 Directors seeking re-election to another term and 3 volunteers looking to join the board.  Regular members (CoMans and CoPacks) vote for Regular Members Board Directors and Associate Members vote for Associate Board Directors. Your Ballots will reflect the candidates you can elect. There are 3 of each Director type and you will select 2.

Dan Altman

Personal: Dan Altman is the VP of Sales & Marketing for Delkor Systems, in St. Paul, MN where he has been for 18 years. Delkor is a leading supplier of secondary packaging machinery with a focus on robotic automation. With over 30 years in the packaging industry, Dan has has held roles in Sales, Sales Management, Marketing and Product Management at a number of companies. On the personal side, Dan enjoys golfing, and skiing (snow and water). Dan resides in Hugo, MN and is married with two grown boys.

Gregory Frazier

Personal:  Gregory Frazier serves as the Director of Sales for Frazier & Son, a fourth generation manufacturer of bucket elevators and custom materials handling equipment.  In this capacity, he is responsible for developing the company’s market presence and spearheading growth initiatives.  Located outside of New York City, Greg works directly with customers, OEMs, and engineering firms to develop solutions for their materials handling needs. By combining engineering strategies, product knowledge, and industry expertise, his main focus is to enhance the client’s production output and overall satisfaction.

Early exposure to the business and manufacturing process has instilled in Greg a keen sense what details are required to make an application successful.  Over the years, he has led programs to improve safety, reliability and sanitary features of the machinery to maintain Frazier & Son as the state of the art provider in the industry.

Greg has more than ten years of experience in the materials handling industry and four years of experience in the financial services and wealth management industry.  He received his Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Quinnipiac University and is a past president of the Port Chester/Rye Brook Rotary Club which concentrated on providing meals to food insecure children within the local community.  Greg resides in Port Chester, New York with his wife, Aline, and daughter, Emilia.

Nikki Johnson

Personal: Nikki Johnson has spent nearly 25 years of her professional career within the packaging and printing sectors, with experience in both equipment and materials. She held a number of business development roles within ITW from 1993 through 2013. After that, she began consulting independently in the industry helping packaging equipment and material manufacturers, distributors and service providers better position their companies for growth. In 2016 she briefly served as the Managing Director of the Contract Packaging Association.

Personal: Headquartered in Spring, TX, Allegiance Staffing has operations in 14 states and continues to expand. In 2001, Tom Landry was a co-founder of the company. This prestigious award is based 100% on client satisfaction. Tom has made his career in the staffing industry for the past 30 years and has operated his own firm for 24 of those years. He is the past President of the Texas Association of Staffing, and currently serves on the Safety and Worker Comp Committee of the American Staffing Association. In 2016 he was named to “The Staffing 100” by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of the most influential people in staffing. A sought after speaker, Tom has presented at the WERC and CPA annual conferences on Total Cost of Ownership, at the IWLA Operations Conference and CPA on Affordable Care Act compliance and has published several papers on effective purchasing of talent to reduce cost.

Jaclyn Norono-Rodriguez

Personal: Jaclyn is the Director of Sales for BCI Packaging, which is a nonprofit organization that provides packaging services with a social mission to employ adults with disabilities. She was born + raised in Venezuela and came to the United States with a scholarship to go to college. She has a BS in Business Management and an MBA. Throughout college and her career, she has been active in various community organizations including the Hispanic Leaders Group and the Venezuelan Association in Missouri.

Personal: Jerry started CTI in 2000 after working in the packaging industry for many years.  He originally designed and developed packaging programs for a variety of companies.  Once CTI was launched, he quickly expanded into co-packing.  Jerry has been a member of the CPA for 7 years and has been very actively involved.
