About the presenter:
Wally began his packaging career in the early 80’s graduating from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto with a Design Arts Diploma. His first position was as a Structural Designer. He later became a Prepress Coordinator ordering and developing packaging artwork, along with ordering film and printing plates.  Over the years he has held various Product, Sales and Management positions working with Fortune 500 companies. As the Marketing Manager for Smurfit-MBI in Canada, part of Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation in St. Louis, he is responsible for developing and supporting Sales in Canada. He has conducted print and corrugated seminars to 100’s of clients and seminar attendees across Canada and the U.S. Wally’s creative and management insights have given him a unique perspective on the packaging and retail industry helping clients develop appropriate, effective and innovative packaging solutions.
